This Clinic provides healthcare, education, faith development, and service to women, children, and youth in Chimbote, Nuevo Chimbote, Santa, Coishco, and Cambio Puente. Specialty services such as audiology and cardiology are also available.
CHRISTUS Health System In 1999, our Congregation partnered with the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, Houston, to form CHRISTUS Health, whose mission is to extend the healing ministry of Jesus Christ. Trinity Mother Frances Health System, sponsored by the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth, joined CHRISTUS Health in 2016 as a third co-sponsor. The health system is inspired by its mission, vision and core values to provide compassionate, high quality health care, improving the health of the communities it serves. CHRISTUS Health comprises numerous facilities and services in the United States: Louisiana, New Mexico and Texas, and internationally in Chile, Colombia and Mexico.
The Village at Incarnate Word
San Antonio, TX Founded in 1988. A retirement community focused on the unique needs of elderly adults, provides a continuum of care from independent living apartments through memory care units, allowing individuals to “age in place” as their needs change. The Village also includes programs of care and education for elderly adults in the larger community, including Sisters Care and Connections Community Outreach Program.
