Vocation

The word “vocation” comes from the Latin word for “call”. Each of us is called by God to continue the mission of Jesus to transform the world.

Our response to this call, our “vocation”, helps us witness to the fundamental values of the Gospel, living lives of service and joy.

Discover how the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word serve God in the world. We invite you to discover the specific way that God is calling you to serve.

A Vocation is a call to live out the values of the Gospel in the World.

A Vocation invites us to witness to the joy of serving God.

A Vocation is a call to be the person God wishes us to be and to continue the mission of Jesus to transform the World.

Become a Sister of Charity of the Incarnate Word

Become an Incarnate Word Associate

Associates are individuals who wish to integrate the charism of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word into their daily lives. Associates witness to Gospel values in their family and professional lives, extending the mission of the Sisters and maintaining a formal association with the Congregation.

To you, young lady, who feels full of life and dreams to fulfill, I want to to share a bit of my life, because some times it is interesting to hear little stories from other people that, just like you, asked themselves the same questions and feel grateful and happy for the way they discovered their calling.
