On Saturday evening, May 6, our sponsored ministry, El Puente, which accompanies the Latino community in Jefferson City held its traditional Trivia. I serve in California, Missouri which is a small town of 4268 residents. My ministry is through the Annunciation Parish in collaboration with El Puente ministry based in Jefferson City, MO. I have been working here since October of 2010, so almost seven years.

There is no doubt about it! Immigration has been in the news regularly, especially since unaccompanied children started arriving in larger numbers over a year ago.
El Puente – Hispanic Ministry gratefully remembered Sister Marianne Kramer during the parish Spanish Mass at St. Peter’s Church in Jefferson City on Sunday, October 16. Sister Peggy Bonnot offered a loving tribute to Sister Marianne, highlighting the gifts she so generously shared with the Hispanic community.
