We are happy to announce that Margaret Hernandez has joined the administrative staff of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word in the position of Executive Assistant in support of the General Leadership Team. Margaret comes to us with excellent experience, having served for years as Executive Assistant to the President, Chief Nursing Officer, and Vice President for Finance at our CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Medical Center Hospital.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University and has significant experience in additional administrative positions. We are looking forward to our work with Margaret.

Our appreciation is expressed to Carolyn Cox, who served in this role in an interim position and assisted in the recruitment and training for Margaret. Carolyn will return to retirement on June 4, 2021.

We are also happy to inform you that Kristy Pellegrino will be joining our family as the Executive Assistant for Martha Quiroga and Martha’s departments. Kristy brings extensive experience in communications, public relations, and marketing, having served as the Director for these areas for our CHRISTUS Santa Rosa hospitals for several years.  Kristy holds both a Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word.
