Good and loving God,
God of every people, land, and nation.
You have led us to many places,
to be the tangible presence of the Incarnate Word,
and for this we are grateful.
In your wisdom, you have shown us
when our work is done.
For this we give thanks.
You called us to Zambia,
and now you call us home.
We are a pilgrim people.
Bless the people of Zambia,
Give her leaders wisdom and compassion.
Bless all those who serve …
Bless these women …
Let them see the fruit of their work
in the lives they touched
in the witness they have been to all of us.
May your Holy Spirit continue to protect and guide them,
and us,
We ask all of this through Jesus, the Incarnate Word.
