Allie Crain, Director of IWA Alumnae Relations, sent us these taken at the Alumnae Association Retreat on May 14, 2022.

The Alumnae participating placed flowers on all 144 headstones in the cemetery. There were six Sisters listed as those who had donated their bodies to science and those six had flowers in a vase that was placed in the Learning Commons to serve as a memorial throughout the day of the Retreat.

Allie said “It was a great way for our Alumnae Association to take a moment to reflect on our past before a day of planning began for the next calendar year.  We hope the Sisters are smiling down on us for spending some time with them that morning.”
