Sisters at the IW Village engage in meaningful conversations together with all the Sisters of the Congregation, in examining more closely how all can relate generation by generation. The Sisters engaged in the process are hoping to offer insights to the other generational groups about the transition thresholds they encounter and the needs related to them in their lives.
